Absolutely Pathetic! Should rename to crash cinema. Worst viewing experience ever. 😡Every time I come back to the app I have to adjust the brightness every single time. And the buffering, God! 😠And All the features, I don't want any feature just want to watch the game. If you don't know how to run a streaming platform, why run at the first place? Free! Don't want it free. Just want a good viewing experience.

I had a very disappointing experience while watching IPL 2023 on the 'Jio Cinema' platform. The streaming often buffered, and when it finally resumed, it picked up from where it had gotten stuck, which meant I couldn't watch the live match action. I had to close the session and restart it to catch up with the live action. I've watched cricket on Amazon Prime and Hotstar, and I've never experienced any lagging issues. They have always provided the best experience.

Streams and even videos do not load properly and you have to close and open them and just hope it works. Sometimes they just refuse to start for a long time. Awful experience where the literal only function does not work properly. I cannot believe there's no way to catch up with the live stream if you lag behind or pause it. You just have to close and open the stream again and hope it loads properly. Very frustrating. All the money in the world and can't come up with a decently functioning app.
